Every class is suitable for all levels of practice and postures can always be modified to support injuries and pregnancy. Please inform instructor at the beginning of class if there are any concerns or modifications needed. All classes are taught by Chrissy Sie-Merritt, a certified yoga instructor, unless marked otherwise.
Gentle Flow Yoga
The Gentle Flow class focuses on the health and suppleness of the spine, hips and knees, includes weight bearing postures to increase and maintain bone density, postures to enhance our focus and balance, breathing techniques for organ and tissue health, and relaxing meditations.

Yoga for the Trades
Reduce common strain injuries in the work place with postures and stretches tailored to your body and how you use and/or abuse it. Take care of your most valuable tool!

This class is perfect for those new to yoga, or for any student who wishes to refine their alignment and breathing techniques. The instructor will spend time in each pose, clearly demonstrating and assisting students with proper alignment for safety and to ensure that every student fully experiences the asanas (postures) right for them.
Yoga on the Beach
Ease into the day and wake up your body to the sweet sounds of the lake, coolness of the sand and a soft morning breeze. Yoga on the beach is a gentle, fluid practice to ease tension and set the pace for the day.

Enhance the bonding process with your baby while supporting the development and strengthening of your body, mind, and spirit during pregnancy. Private classes are available upon request or please feel free to join any of the above classes where modifications can be made to support you and your growing baby.
Restoring Mobility Yoga
This is the perfect class to maintain your mobility. While sometimes using a chair for support, you will go through a series of gentle poses and movements designed to nourish your joints, ease the discomfort of arthritis or nurture an injury. All levels of practice are welcome.
