Monthly Therapeutic Workshops
with Chrissy Sie-Merritt
Each workshop will move through restorative postures, somatic movement and breathing techniques that help create healthy patterns of movement. Targeting specific areas of the body for each workshop, we will work towards re building the brain-muscle connection for lasting ease of chronic pain due to repetitive movement and/or injuries
This workshop is suitable for everyone and is very gentle, like an internal massage and meditation all at once. The results can change the way you move through your day, improving posture and mindfulness of what our body needs to heal old patterns of movement in areas of our body that often feel stuck.
