Stability Ball Yoga Workshop

Join us as we have fun using the fitness ball to:


increase core strength

support balance and coordination, 

improve posture and release low back tension


We will explore a combination of active and restorative yoga postures leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.  Beginners are welcome.  The stability ball is also a great tool for Prenatal exercise.
